Pembroke & Bull were appointed by Dollman Ralston to undertake the full redecoration of Screenwork’s, a multi-storey commercial building in Highbury. The works formed part of a wider refurbishment programme to refresh and modernise the shared facilities throughout the property.

Scope of Works

• Redecoration across five floors of common areas, including corridors, meeting rooms, WC facilities and kitchenettes
• Use of high-quality trade paints to achieve a durable and professional finish suitable for a high-traffic commercial environment
• Coordination with building management to minimise disruption to occupants
