Cube Environmental provides asbestos surveying, consultancy, compliance auditing and laboratory analysis for domestic and commercial properties. Based in Basildon, Essex, we bring together experienced surveyors, consultants and laboratory analysts to help clients understand their findings and make informed property decisions.

Our work connects on-site investigation with laboratory analysis and reporting. This allows us to support clients through different stages of an asbestos enquiry, from establishing what information is needed to discussing the findings and recommended next steps.

Experienced Asbestos Surveyors
Our surveying teams hold BOHS P402 qualifications and bring practical experience of investigating asbestos in buildings. They assess the agreed survey requirements, record their findings and prepare reports relevant to the scope of the work.
Specialist Laboratory Analysts
Our BOHS P401-qualified laboratory analysts examine material samples to establish whether asbestos is present and identify the asbestos types found.
Laboratory quality assurance includes internal quality-control procedures and participation in the Asbestos in Materials Scheme, helping monitor analytical performance.
